Pregnant Women DENIED Emergency Medical Care in Idaho and other States

The Divided Supreme Court-It's the Women Supremes v The Men

The Supreme Court appeared divided on whether Idaho’s near-total abortion ban overrides a federal law that protects patients who need emergency care.

This case could determine access to abortions in emergency rooms across the country.

The arguments were infuriating.

The male justices asked legal, inane questions, while the Female Supremes asked about life and death issues.

Thank God for the Women!

Even the Catholic Justice Amy Coney Barrett, a conservative, appeared skeptical that Idaho’s law, which bars doctors from providing abortions unless a woman’s life is in danger or specific nonviable pregnancies, superseded the federal law.

Women in Idaho and Florida have already almost died while flying to other states to receive Health Care. Some women in those states have lost their ability to bear children because of the damage caused by delayed care.

The Supreme Court heard arguments in April, and a decision is expected sometime before July 1, 2024. That we are allowing Lawyers to Make Medical decisions that are hurting women is appalling. It is more important than ever that we vote. Please Vote! Please subscribe.

Note: I produced a video and a podcast on this case. They are basically the same, except I rant at the end of the Podcast. This issue drives me crazy. Thanks.
